3. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Service fees are defined in proposals, engagement letters, or quotations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due as per stated payment terms.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or additional administrative charges where legally permissible.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as per the termination conditions defined in the relevant proposal or agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination date remain payable.
